قُرَّةُ أَعْيُنٍ
This verse reveals that Allah has prepared for the believers an invisible and delightful reward.
مِّن قُرَّةِ أَعۡيُنٖ جَزَآءَۢ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ
as comfort for eyes as reward for what they used to do
Quran, As-Sajda 32:17
Verse 17 of Surah As-Sajda follows the description of those who arise from their beds to supplicate their Lord in fear and aspiration, and who spend from what Allah has provided them. Allah has reserved for them what no soul can imagine: a comfort for the eyes, as a reward for their deeds. This reward is hidden, but it is certain. It encourages perseverance in good deeds, even if one does not see immediate results. Today, you can perform a sincere act, such as an extra prayer or a discreet charity, keeping hope that the joy will come from Allah.
Perform a good deed in secret today, like a charity or an extra prayer, remembering that Allah has prepared a hidden joy for the believers.
