عِلْمُ السَّاعَةِ
This verse teaches us that knowledge of the Hour is reserved for Allah alone.
قُلۡ إِنَّمَا عِلۡمُهَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِۚ
Say, 'Knowledge of it is only with Allah.'
Quran, Al-Ahzab 33:63
People asked the Prophet about the timing of the Hour. Allah instructed him to reply that this knowledge is with Him. No one can know it. The verse adds that the Hour may be near, but without specifying when. We do not need to know when the Hour will come. What matters is our present life. We can focus on our actions today, striving to do good and draw closer to Allah.
Today, perform a sincere good deed, such as helping someone or making an extra prayer, without waiting to know the future.
