البِشَارَة
This verse reveals the universal scope of the prophetic mission.
وَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ إِلَّا كَآفَّةٗ لِّلنَّاسِ بَشِيرٗا وَنَذِيرٗا
And We have not sent you except comprehensively to mankind as a bringer of good tidings and a warner.
Quran, Saba 34:28
In this verse, Allah addresses the Prophet ﷺ, reminding him that his mission is not limited to a specific people or era. It is for all of humanity. The Prophet ﷺ is described as a 'bringer of good tidings' (bashir) and a 'warner' (nadhir). These two words indicate that he conveys both good news and a warning, without specifying their content here. This message concerns us directly. Today, we can share this good news and warning with kindness around us, starting with our immediate circle.
