آيَة
This verse invites us to contemplate nature as a sign of Allah’s power.
وَءَايَةٞ لَّهُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ ٱلۡمَيۡتَةُ أَحۡيَيۡنَٰهَا وَأَخۡرَجۡنَا مِنۡهَا حَبّٗا فَمِنۡهُ يَأۡكُلُونَ
And a sign for them is the dead earth: We bring it to life and bring forth from it grain, from which they eat.
Quran, Yaseen 36:33
Verse 33 of Surah Yaseen presents the barren land becoming fertile as a sign. Allah causes grain to grow from it, providing food for people. This shows His ability to give life. Observing this natural cycle can strengthen our faith. Whenever we see a plant grow, we can remember that Allah is capable of all things.
Today, observe a plant or a tree and reflect on this sign of Allah’s power.
