This verse invites us to glorify Allah for the diversity of His creation.
Exalted is He who created all pairs - from what the earth grows and from themselves and from that which they do not know.
Quran, Yaseen 36:36
The verse brings together several kinds of pairs: plants, humans, and others we do not know. It does not say each pair is a proof, but it associates them with praise of Allah. This praise is tasbīḥ: recognizing His perfection and creative power. In our daily life, we can observe these pairs around us: plants, animals, humans. This simple meditation helps us realize Allah's greatness and be grateful to Him.
Today, observe a pair in nature (for example, two plants or two animals) and say inwardly: 'Subhan Allah' (Glory be to Allah).
