آيَة
This verse invites us to observe the night as a sign of Allah’s power.
وَءَايَةٞ لَّهُمُ ٱلَّيۡلُ نَسۡلَخُ مِنۡهُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فَإِذَا هُم مُّظۡلِمُونَ
And a sign for them is the night. We remove from it [the light of] day, so they are [left] in darkness.
Quran, Yaseen 36:37
The verse brings together night and day in one phenomenon: Allah removes the light of day, leaving darkness. This regular change is not random but a clear sign of His power. When we see night fall, we can remember that Allah is at work in our lives. Reflecting on this sign strengthens our trust in Him.
Today, take a minute to watch the sky at sunset and say in your heart: “This change is a sign from Allah.”
