مُحْسِنِينَ
This verse teaches us that Allah rewards those who act with excellence.
إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good.
Quran, As-Saaffaat 37:131
In this passage, Allah speaks about the Prophet Elias and his community. He says that He rewards in this way those who do good. The word 'doers of good' refers to those who act with sincerity and excellence. They do not just do the minimum, but they strive to act well towards Allah and towards others. This reward is not reserved for a prophet. It applies to anyone who strives to be excellent. In our daily lives, we can apply this by doing every action with care and seeking to be helpful to others, whether at home, at work, or on the street.
Today, perform one action with excellence, for example by helping someone with a smile and doing your best.
