This verse invites us to recognize two daily blessings often forgotten.
It is Allah who made for you the night that you may rest therein and the day giving sight. Indeed, Allah is full of bounty to the people, but most of the people are not grateful.
Quran, Ghafir 40:61
Allah reminds us that He created the night for our rest and the day for our activity. These two rhythms are essential gifts for our life. The verse highlights that many people do not realize this grace. Today, we can observe these blessings and express our gratitude. Being grateful means recognizing that everything comes from Allah and thanking Him for it.
Take a moment today to thank Allah for the night that gave you rest and for the daylight that allows you to act.
