يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ
This verse reminds us that angels ask forgiveness for the inhabitants of the earth.
وَيَسۡتَغۡفِرُونَ لِمَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ
and ask forgiveness for those on earth

In this verse, Allah describes the angels glorifying Him and asking His forgiveness for all the inhabitants of the earth. This shows Allah's immense mercy, as He is the Forgiving and the Most Merciful. The angels, obedient creatures, intercede for us, highlighting divine kindness. This reminder invites us to cultivate humility and acknowledge our shortcomings. We can also learn to ask forgiveness for ourselves and others, following this example of compassion.
Today, after each prayer, ask Allah's forgiveness for yourself and a loved one, saying: 'O Lord, forgive me and forgive my relatives.'
