التَّوْبَةَ
This verse reminds us that Allah accepts the repentance of His servants.
يَقۡبَلُ ٱلتَّوۡبَةَ عَنۡ عِبَادِهِۦ وَيَعۡفُواْ عَنِ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ
He accepts repentance from His servants and pardons misdeeds.
Quran, Ash-Shura 42:25
In this verse, Allah affirms that He accepts the repentance of His servants and forgives their faults. He knows everything we do, but His mercy is immense. The following verse specifies that He answers those who believe and do righteous deeds. Every day, we may make mistakes. But Allah invites us to return to Him sincerely. To repent is to acknowledge one's fault, regret it, and decide not to repeat it. It is an act of trust in divine mercy.
Today, take a moment to sincerely repent for a fault committed, with a firm intention not to repeat it.
