صَلَاة
This verse describes the believers who respond to the call of their Lord.
وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَجَابُواْ لِرَبِّهِمۡ وَأَقَامُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَأَمۡرُهُمۡ شُورَىٰ بَيۡنَهُمۡ وَمِمَّا رَزَقۡنَٰهُمۡ يُنفِقُونَ
who have responded to their Lord and established prayer and whose affair is [determined by] consultation among themselves, and from what We have provided them, they spend

The verse brings together several qualities of the believers: responding to the call of their Lord, establishing prayer, consulting each other in their affairs, and spending from what they have been given.
