جَزَاء
This verse reminds us that creation has a clear purpose: divine justice.
وَلِتُجۡزَىٰ كُلُّ نَفۡسِۭ بِمَا كَسَبَتۡ وَهُمۡ لَا يُظۡلَمُونَ
so that every soul may be recompensed for what it has earned, and they will not be wronged.
Quran, Al-Jaathiya 45:22
Allah created the heavens and earth in truth. This creation is not in vain. It leads to a just recompense: every soul will receive exactly what it has earned, without injustice. The previous verse compares those who do evil to those who believe and do good, showing they will not be treated equally. This certainty invites us to act with awareness. Our deeds have real weight. We are not left to chance. Every effort for good counts, and every neglect too. This gives deep meaning to our days.
Today, perform a sincere good deed, even a small one, remembering that Allah sees it and will recompense it with justice.
