الوزر
This verse reminds us of an essential truth: no one will bear the weight of another's sins.
أَلَّا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٞ وِزۡرَ أُخۡرَىٰ
That no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another
Quran, An-Najm 53:38
In Surah An-Najm, Allah clearly states that every soul is responsible for its own deeds. No one can transfer their faults to another person, nor be held accountable for the sins of others. This divine justice establishes an absolute individual responsibility. In our daily lives, this truth invites us to stop making excuses or blaming others for our mistakes. Accepting our choices means recognizing our freedom and our duty before Allah. It encourages us to sincerely improve, without comparing ourselves or accusing others.
Today, take a moment to identify a mistake you tend to attribute to others, then acknowledge your part of responsibility and decide on one small concrete step to improve.
