تَعْلِيم
This verse reveals the mission of the Prophet ﷺ: to recite, purify, and teach.
وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ
and teaching them the Book and wisdom
Quran, Al-Jumu'a 62:2
In this verse, Allah reminds that He sent a Messenger to the unlettered people. This Messenger recites His verses, purifies them, and teaches them the Book and wisdom. These three actions are linked: recitation brings revelation, purification cleanses hearts, and teaching transmits knowledge. Today, we can follow this example by learning and sharing knowledge. Every time we study the Quran or prophetic wisdom, we participate in this mission. Teaching is not reserved for scholars: everyone can convey a useful word.
