إِنْفَاق
This verse invites us to spend from our wealth before death overtakes us.
وَأَنفِقُواْ مِن مَّا رَزَقۡنَٰكُم مِّن قَبۡلِ أَن يَأۡتِيَ أَحَدَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ
And spend [in the way of Allah] from what We have provided you before death approaches one of you.
Quran, Al-Munaafiqoon 63:10
Allah commands us to spend from what He has given us. He specifies that this should be done before death. The next verse shows that the one who waits will regret and ask for a delay, but Allah never delays when the time comes. We can easily postpone a donation or help. This verse reminds us that the opportunity may vanish. Acting today, even modestly, prevents regrets and allows us to respond to Allah's call.
Make a donation, even a small one, to a person or cause in need before the end of the day.
