حَقّ مَعْلُوم
This verse specifies who is entitled to the known right in one's wealth.
لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلۡمَحۡرُومِ

We can identify a regular portion to share, whether money, time, or attention, with those who ask and those who do not dare to ask.
