مَسَاجِد
This verse reminds us that mosques are exclusively for the worship of Allah.
وَأَنَّ ٱلۡمَسَٰجِدَ لِلَّهِ فَلَا تَدۡعُواْ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ أَحَدٗا
The mosques are for Allah, so do not invoke with Allah anyone.
Quran, Al-Jinn 72:18
The verse states that mosques belong to Allah. They are places of prayer and remembrance. We come there to turn to Him, without associating anyone with His worship. In our daily lives, we can honor this principle by keeping our hearts pure when entering a mosque. We focus on our connection with Allah, away from distractions and worldly concerns.
Today, when you enter a mosque, take a moment to remember that this place is dedicated to Allah and make a sincere supplication to Him alone.
