الصَّبْر
This verse describes those who believe and enjoin patience and mercy upon one another.
وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلۡمَرۡحَمَةِ
and advised one another to patience and advised one another to compassion.
Quran, Al-Balad 90:17
Verse 90:17 associates faith with two mutual recommendations: patience and mercy. It does not say these qualities are conditions of faith, but it mentions them as characteristics of believers. In daily life, we can encourage our circle to be patient in hardships and to show kindness to others. This strengthens cohesion and solidarity.
Today, encourage someone around you to be patient or to show mercy, through a word or a message.
