Play Islamic quiz multiplayer: create a room, invite your friends
Follow this step-by-step tutorial to launch a multiplayer game on Qalimah: room creation, PIN sharing, "ready" status and game start.

1. Create a room
From the home page, open "Create a game". Choose the category (Quran, hadith, fiqh, family...), the number of questions and the duration per question.

2. Share the PIN code
Once the room is created, a 6-digit PIN code appears. Share it with your friends or copy the invitation link.

3. Players join
Your friends open Qalimah, click on "Join" and enter the PIN code. They can enter as a guest or with an account.

4. Get ready
Each player clicks on "I'm ready". The host sees the list of players and their status in real time.

5. Start the game
When everyone is ready, the host clicks on "Start". Questions appear simultaneously for all players.

6. View results
At the end of the game, a ranking appears with scores and correct answers. Play again or create a new room.

How many players can join a room?
A room can accommodate multiple players simultaneously. The maximum number depends on the type of game chosen during creation.
Do I need an account to play in multiplayer?
No, you can join a room as a guest. Creating an account however allows you to save your scores and add friends.
How to create a private room?
During creation, enable the "Private game" option. A private link with a token will be generated that you can share only with selected people.
What happens if a player disconnects?
The game continues for other players. The disconnected player can try to rejoin with the same PIN as long as the room is active.
Can I restart a game with the same players?
Yes, at the end of a game the host can suggest playing again; players stay in the room until they leave it.
Is multiplayer free?
Yes, multiplayer mode on Qalimah is free. A premium subscription unlocks some advanced features.
