حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ، نَحْوَهُ بِمَعْنَاهُ وَزَادَ فِيهِ ‏ "‏ فَإِنْ أَبَوْا فَخُذْ مِنْهُمُ الْجِزْيَةَ فَإِنْ أَبَوْا فَاسْتَعِنْ بِاللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمْ ‏" ‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ وَكِيعٌ وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، ‏.‏ وَرَوَى غَيْرُ، مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَشَّارٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ، وَذَكَرَ، فِيهِ أَمْرَ الْجِزْيَةِ ‏.‏

Nous a rapporté Muhammad ibn Bachchâr, nous a rapporté Abû Ahmad, d'après Sufyân, d'après 'Alqama ibn Marthad, dans un sens similaire, avec l'ajout : *« S'ils refusent, prends d'eux la jizya (capitation). S'ils refusent, demande l'aide d'Allah contre eux. »* Abû 'Îsâ a dit : C'est ainsi que l'ont rapporté Wakî' et d'autres d'après Sufyân. Un autre que Muhammad ibn Bachchâr l'a rapporté d'après 'Abd ar-Rahmân ibn Mahdî, en mentionnant la jizya.

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخَلاَّلُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لاَ يُغِيرُ إِلاَّ عِنْدَ صَلاَةِ الْفَجْرِ فَإِنْ سَمِعَ أَذَانًا أَمْسَكَ وَإِلاَّ أَغَارَ فَاسْتَمَعَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ فَسَمِعَ رَجُلاً يَقُولُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ عَلَى الْفِطْرَةِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ خَرَجْتَ مِنَ النَّارِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Nous a rapporté al-Hasan ibn 'Alî al-Khallâl, nous a rapporté 'Affân, nous a rapporté Hammâd ibn Salama, nous a rapporté Thâbit, d'après Anas ibn Mâlik, qui a dit : Le Prophète (ﷺ) n'attaquait qu'à l'heure de la prière de l'aube. S'il entendait l'appel à la prière (adhân), il s'abstenait, sinon il attaquait. Un jour, il tendit l'oreille et entendit un homme dire : *« Allah est le Plus Grand, Allah est le Plus Grand. »* Il dit : *« Il est sur la fitra (nature originelle). »* Puis l'homme dit : *« J'atteste qu'il n'y a de divinité qu'Allah. »* Il dit alors : *« Tu es sorti du Feu. »*

قَالَ الْحَسَنُ وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏

Al-Hasan a dit : Nous a rapporté Abû al-Walîd, nous a rapporté Hammâd ibn Salama, avec la même chaîne de transmission, de la même manière. Abû 'Îsâ a dit : Ce hadith est hasan sahîh.
